Dine VI is a great opportunity to visit the award-winning restaurants you’ve always wanted to try and to rediscover old favorites. It is a celebration of the cuisine that makes the Virgin Islands a culinary hot spot. From October 28 to November 8, restaurants will offer special three-course lunch and dinner menus. For 10 days, taste your way through St. Croix and enjoy a variety of appetizers, entreés, and desserts. You have plenty of time to try new eateries and return to old favorites, all offering amazing prix-fixe menus at a special price of $35 or $49.

  • Request a prime location for maximum exposure of your business! We try to accommodate all booth location preferences, honoring requests based in order of registration. Restaurant/Caterer’s Booth with a hotel room “attached” is available– First Come First Serve!
  • Confirm your tickets to Taste! As a participant you will be given three tickets for staffing your booth. Plus, up to two additional tickets can be purchased at half price ($47.50 ea).
  • Reserve your judging category! A maximum of 20 entries will be allowed in any given category in the judging competition. Lock your category reservation in today! (No advance notice of your dish is required.)
